Everything is back to normal with a difference for this year.
First of all I would like to thank all my followers and customers from the past year 2010, it was a great year!
We now hope that you will continue with your support in 2011 and enjoy reading, watching ,and participating in our new and exciting events we have planned for you.
First of all you may have noticed our little Yellow oval is no longer sitting at the top of our blog and instead there is a rather cheeky looking bird. Well that bird is a Skylarc and is called Mat..... he is the new face of SLC which will now be trading as Skylarc Textiles.
Through out the year you will be seeing him popping up all over the place, hes a cheeky little thing and likes to gad about to lots of different places.
Meet Mat, hi Mat
Hi my name is Mat, you may have met me before as I have always hung around SLC which is now called Skylarc Textiles after meeee.
You may have seen me pop up on business cards, letter heads and adverts in various publications in the past year. Im quite a fame hogger really. My favourite place you will see me hogging the lime light is on one of our fabrics. We will be designing more this season too so look out for me, I can't wait can you?
I sometimes like to be colourful and trick people so dont be fooled if you see me wearing some jazzy feathers, Im just having a colourful day we all have them. I like to fly and peck, I love early mornings, and always sing very loudly.
New Stuff for Skylarc Textiles!!!
Ok so thats enough from you at the moment Mat! I need to get a word in.... The frist thing we have for you this year apart from a new look and a cheeky little Mat to contend with, is a NEW WEBSITE we are all sooo excited and Mat has been getting up even earlier than normal to make sure the web designer catches his good side, the website should be up and running by the end of January fingers crossed.
On the website you will be able to view new collections and order on line. We will be offering everything we have in our high street store on line and more.... A new project for 2011 will start with the use of our designs on furnishings, wallpapers and also preparing for a very big interview in April.
